Return Policy

At Aarushi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

Items Eligible for Return:
We accept returns of unused and undamaged items that are in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Please note that personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Return Process:
To start a return, please reach out to our customer service team with your order details and the reason for the return. After your return request is approved, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s).

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please mention your preference when you initiate the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
